Holiday Coffee

Happy Holidays, everyone!! Today I wanted to share with you some at-home lattes you can make instead of going out in the cold and spending $5+ on them.  2 classics and 1 new one! Let's get
started!

Peppermint Mocha:

Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso (or 2-4 tbsp freshly brewed coffee)
1 cup of milk
1-2 tbsp of mocha syrup
1-2 drops of peppermint extract

Directions:
Pour Mocha and peppermint extract into the bottom of a glass, add your espresso or coffee. Alternatively you can add the flavorings to the milk as your froth it. Pour frothed, hot, milk on top of coffee, garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder or crushed candy canes!

**You can always just froth mocha peppermint creamer if you don't want to bother with the mocha and peppermint extract**

**Not my photo**
Eggnog Latte:

Ingredients
1/4 cup eggnog
3/4 cup of milk
2 shots of espresso (4 tbsp freshly brewed coffee)
whipped cream (optional)
nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Combine eggnog in milk in a frother-- or use a wand mixer after heating the milks in the microwave for about a minute. Pour over brewed espresso/coffee and garnish with some whipped cream and nutmeg.

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cold Brew:

Directions:
-Pour cold brew over ice into a glass, sweeten it with your preferred sweetener.
-froth the cold half & half, pumpkin syrup, and seasoning (optional) using a wand mixer or place the cold milk in a jar shake vigorously for 1 minute, until bubbly and a little thick, but please make sure the lid screwed on very tight!
- gently pour milk mixture on top of cold brew and garnish with cinnamon (optional) Enjoy!

**How to make cold brew at home using a french press**

-place coffee and cold water into your french press.
-cover with foil and refrigerate for 8-24 hours
pour half a cup of coffee in a cup and dilute with cold water (1/4-1/2 depending on how strong you want your cup to be). Enjoy!
